Coaching a youth sports team can be a tremendously rewarding experience, giving you the opportunity to help young players learn the game of football in a fun and safe atmosphere. NFL FLAG is the largest flag football organization in the country and supported by the National Football League. Youth athletes ages 5 to 17—regardless of background, age and socioeconomic status—have the opportunity to participate in a fast-paced football league in a safe environment.
